Normal Mouth
The guy sitting across from me at the office had his wisdom teeth removed twenty minutes ago and he just lit up a smoke.

Your pool table comments remind me of the deranged dude in the wheelchair at Sneaks who popped a gasket and started firing pool balls around the room. Forget about smoking after tooth removal - how about smoking through that hole some people got in their throats. They're the real sum bitches.
